France led the way on day one of the Maxxis Enduro World Championship GP of Romania. French riders claimed the top steps of the podium on the opening day of competition in Buzau withAntoine MEO (KTM), Johnny AUBERT (KTM) and Christophe NAMBOTIN (KTM) all winning their respective classes.

It is in the warm Romanian evening and in front of nearly 4,000 spectators that the stars of the EWC have started the Grand Prix of Romania and attacked the KTM Super Test… And once again, the protagonists have amazed the Romanian public with their talent!

A wonderful paddock
As in 2011, the paddock is on the Buzau town hall square all covered in marble for a mix of history of the city with the small world of Enduro as we have rarely seen. Note also that it is very rare for a city of this size to welcome the best of the Enduro.

2011… The Maxxis FIM Enduro World Championship headed to Dracula’s country for the very first time. Two years later and the EWC stars are back in Romania, once again setting up camp in the charming town of Buzau.
