Lucas Dolfing scoorde het hoogst met een vijfde plaats. Wel ruim twee minuten achter WK rijder Antoine Magain. Thierry Pittens op p7 gaf nog een halve minuut toe en Hans Vogels net achter hem maakte het met 4 seconden weer spannend. Mark Wasink is het nog lang niet verleerd; hij verraste met plaats 10 op maar 18 seconden achter Hans Vogels.
Het was heet en stoffig in Lierneux. Op zaterdag bij het proeven lopen vooral heet en op zondag vooral stoffig. Met vier ronden van 2u10m voor de inters met daarin een korte grashelling proef en een lange proef in de steengroeve kwam de snelste man aan ruim 43 minuten proeftijd. En vier tot zes schone filters.
Er reden 29 Nederlanders bij de inters. Eén bij de beloften: Stan van der Linde zijn rijbewijs is inmiddels wel droog en hij reed naar een leuke 1e plaats. Van de vijf nationalen was Alex Selling het snelst met een 8e plaats.

Hans Vogels pakt de eerste titel van het seizoen
De laatste wedstrijd van de Enduro Sprint competitie is gewonnen door Hans Vogels. Dit was tevens de laatste wedstrijd van het seizoen en de KTM-rijder heeft zich ook verzekerd van de titel! De wedstrijd in Veldhoven was weer bijzonder close want de WPM-rijder won met slechts 0,189 seconden voor Thierry Pittens.
De organistie had wederom een heel mooi maar serieus zwaar parcour uitgezet op en om het circuit De Landsard. Een ronde van ruim zeven minuten zorgde voor een pittige wedstrijd. Een klein foutje kon grote gevolgen hebben

Endurosprint Veldhoven: spannend tot het eind …
De dagwinst bij de inters ging uiteindelijk naar Hans Vogels met 0,189 seconden voor Thierry Pittens. Daarmee pakte hij ook de eerste endurosprint titel met één puntje voor Thierry en zes voor Daan Bruijsten die derde werd. Ook in de andere klassen was het vaak een hevige strijd in het warme Veldhoven. De totale proeftijd ging voor de meesten richting één uur en soms ook erover. Ondanks de wat lagere opkomst een geslaagde en sprotieve afsluiting van dit eerste jaar endurosprint.

FIM-ISDE: 2023 and 2024 ISDE host countries confirmed
During the recent FIM Board meeting the host countries for the next two editions of the FIM International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE) were confirmed as follows: 2023 Argentina (CAMOD) and 2024 Spain (RFME).
Next year will see the ISDE return to Argentina, this being only the second time that this historic event has visited this South American country, the inaugural visit being back in 2014 when the enduro world descended on San Juan for a memorable edition of the 6DAYS. David Eli – Director of +Eventos was at the helm eight years ago and therefore has previous experience of organising a successful ISDE alongside other high-profile events such as the MXGP of Patagonia and the Desafio Ruta 40 – Cross-Country Rallies, all staged in Argentina. Details regarding dates / location will be released during this year’s ISDE in France.
