BK Enduro: Mathias Van Hoof zet foutje recht en houdt stand

Tijdens de 8ste proef voor het BK enduro in Lierneux, wist Mathias Van Hoof stand te houden in de felbevochten Beloftenklasse.  In een zeer spannende wedstrijd wist de jonge Kempenaar heel mooie tijden te rijden en eindigde in de E1 klasse en algemeen op de derde plaats. De dag begon echter met twee kleine schuivers, maar die wist de Racing Center rijder heel snel recht te zetten en liet zien dat hij wel degelijk zich kan terugvechten. Tijdens de 7 specials wist hij elke keer zijn plaats te verbeteren en hield achter de ongenaakbare Magin en Lillo mooi stand op de derde plaats.

Het wordt druk op 5 juli: BK enduro België Lierneux

In België kun je gewoon met mooi weer rijden, tenzij er een onweersbui valt op die ene proef in Lierneux  die “skihelling” wordt genoemd. Dat wordt dan een uitdaging. En David Knight gaat die uitdaging aan, als voorbereiding op het Belgische WK dat één weel later plaats vindt.
Veel Nederlanders gaan ook, vooral veteranen die in België netjes “Gentlemen” genoemd worden en als ze nog ouder zijn zelfs “Expert”.

2015 FIM International Six Days’ Enduro Airoh becomes Main Partner of ISDE

To mark this distinct occasion and to reinforce its previous successes at the ISDE, Airoh have introduced a special design as part of their 2016 model range AVIATOR 2.2The FIM is pleased to announce that the Italian helmet manufacturer Airoh will be a Main Partner of the FIM International Six Days’ Enduro (ISDE) commencing with this year’s event in Kosice, Slovakia from 7 to 12 September 2015, which will mark the start of a three year agreement.

The Maxxis FIM Enduro World Championship GP Acerbis of Italy ended on a high in Rovetta with Sherco’s Lorenzo Santolino claiming his debut Enduro 1 class victory. With chewed up special tests, a long physical day of hard fought racing putting the EWC competitors through their paces and a passionate Italian crowd to cheer the riders home, the fifth round of the series in Italy was certainly one to remember for all the right reasons.
