FIM Europe: Enduro 2021 – Kozojedy / Czech Republic-Second round with new winners?

Deelnemerslijst. On the weekend of 7 and 8 August, the European Enduro Championship will enter its second round in the Czech Republic after three and a half months: the KP Enduro Club has pitched its tents in Kozojedy (- Obecní Úřad), about 70 km west of Prague.

Three and a half rounds will be ridden on the 55 km long track each day, which add up to almost 200 km off-road for the riders. The course includes a cross test as well as an enduro test and an extreme test to be completed in the round.

Over 120 riders have signed up for this. It is true that the Italian riders Enrico Rinaldi and Diego Niccoletti are the favourites, as they are currently ahead of all other participants in the championship standings. But in their Czech homeland, both junior Kristof Kouble and his compatriot Jaromir Romancik should certainly not be underestimated.

The start is on both days from 9:00 a.m.

Freeman tops Day Two at AIRMOUSSE GP of Sweden

Brad Freeman (Beta) bounced back from a frustrating opening day at the AIRMOUSSE GP of Sweden to claim his fourth EnduroGP day win of 2021 © Future7 MediaBrad Freeman (Beta) has fought back to win day two of the AIRMOUSSE GP of Sweden, round four of the Borilli FIM EnduroGP World Championship, in Skövde. After finishing third on day one, a determined effort from the Brit saw him fend off Italy’s Andrea Verona (GASGAS) by four seconds, with Davide Guarneri (Fantic) placing third overall in EnduroGP.

It was double delight for Spain’s Laia Sanz as she secured a day two win in the Enduro Women’s category, while Lorenzo Macoritto (TM) and Albin Norrbin (Fantic) also ended their time in Sweden with double wins in the Enduro Junior and Enduro Youth classes respectively.

Hierboven het resultaat van een werkelijk warme finale. Bij 30 graden en toenemend stof vlogen de hartslag en de lichaamstemperatuur omhoog. En soms doken ineens grote blaren op. Het technisch en kort gestoken parcours gaf weinig rust en het windstille bos koelde ook al niet af.
Een mooie en spannende finale waarbij Dietger Damiaans (B) het best met de omstandigheden uit de voeten kon. Hij bleef Lucas Dolfing een minuutje voor. Pal daarachter de vanavond niet meer zo heel erg fitte Marc Zomer (die zaterdag ook al vierde werd bij de KNMV 2-uurs solo).
