Garcia Tops A Wet And Wild Trèfle Lozérien AMV Day One

Mende, France, 17 May, 2019 — At round two of the World Enduro Super Series Spain’s Josep Garcia has performed best on the wet, grassy special tests of the Trèfle Lozérien AMV to claim victory on day one. With heavy rain greeting competitors on the opening day of racing, Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Garcia secured a 20-second winning margin over teammate Nathan Watson (GB), with Yamaha Outsiders’ Jamie McCanney (GB) completing the top three.

Mathias Van Hoof wint zijn eerste enduro in de inter klasse

Het WK van Portugal was nog maar net achter de kiezen of de volgende wedstrijd stond al voor de deur. De Herentalse enduro piloot had de vermoeid en de opgelopen keelontsteking nog in het lijf maar toch werd er al op vrijdag afgereisd naar de franse champagne stad Epernay. Hier vond de 4e wedstrijd van het Belgisch kampioenschap plaats.

Na een hele natte week en een verkenning op zaterdag in de gietende regen ging Mathias van start voor 3 rondes van 80 km met telkens 2 proeven hierin. “

FIM EUROPE ENDURO CHAMPIONSHIP: Second round in Slovakia 18th/19th of May 2019

The European Enduro Championship changes to the second round of the four competitions into Slovakia, next weekend on 18th and 19th of May 2019: the former mining town also has a tradition in Enduro sport. For a long time, the “Sports Training Centre for Offroad Motorcycles” was one of the largest clubs in Slovakia. Numerous competitions took place here, an just last year on round to the Slovak and Czech Championships.

The riders and teams of the European Championship move to the historical market square in the middle of the city, where the paddock and the administration centre are located.

EnduroGP Spain – Day 2 Report

Brad FREEMAN holds off Danny MCCANNEY for the double in Spain!

The second day of the Spanish Grand Prix, the 3rd round of the Maxxis FIM Enduro World Championship. A beautiful summer day greeted for all the competitors and even more spectators flooded the specials. The main difficulty was to adapt to the terrain which had suffered from the passage of so many motorcycles.

Brad FREEMAN (GBR-Beta) gave a double blow to his competitors, the British rider won for the 2nd time on Iberian soil. The Beta Boano rider this time had to scrap with Danny MCCANNEY (GBR-TM) to win. FREEMAN was very disciplined all day, keeping out of trouble. He won five tests today and finished 2nd on the tests four times. This more than satisfactory result propels him to the head of EnduroGP. He pulls 5 points out on former leader Steve HOLCOMBE (GBR-Beta).

Mario Roman Wins WESS Opener With Toyota Porto Extreme XL Lagares Victory

Lagares, Portugal – May 12, 2019 — Spain’s Mario Roman has taken an early lead in the battle to become this year’s ULTIMATE ENDURO CHAMPION, claiming victory at round one of the 2019 World Enduro Super Series – the Toyota Porto Extreme XL Lagares, in Portugal. Putting in a determined display of riding, the Sherco Factory Racing star produced a terrific late race charge to top the podium ahead of teammate Wade Young (RSA) with early race leader Manuel Lettenbichler (KTM – GER) third.
