Bron: KNMV. Van 12 tot en met 17 november vindt de WK Enduro Zesdaagse (ISDE 2018) plaats in Vina del Mar (Chili). Eind februari moeten wij een opgaaf doen van het mogelijke aantal Nederlandse teams die aan deze ISDE willen deelnemen. Wil jij zeker deelnemen aan deze 93e editie van de ISDE? Organisation of the Year
While Portugal and Great Britain had set the bar very high in terms of organisation, the MSC Rund um Zschopau went above and beyond! The club is the regular organiser of this well-known race in Germany, and André RUDOLPH and his entire team were able to master everything when hosting EnduroGP. From the Akrapovic Super Test, held in a SuperEnduro style in a disused factory where the club welcomed about 8,000 spectators
GARCIA, FREEMAN & FRANKE ALL CROWNED WORLD CHAMPIONS ON DAY TWO OF GP OF GERMANY
The final day of the 2017 Maxxis FIM EnduroGP World Championship – the Acerbis GP of Germany in Zschopau – saw no fewer than three riders secure world championship honours. Spain’s Josep Garcia (KTM) was crowned Enduro 2 World Champion, Britain’s Brad Freeman (Beta) put the finishing touches to his Enduro Junior campaign, while Germany’s Maria Franke (KTM) secured the Enduro Women’s title following the retirement of her title rival Laia Sanz (KTM).
Following meetings between the manufacturers, teams and riders engaged in the FIM Maxxis Enduro World Championship, the FIM and the Championship Promoter ABC Communications have decided to make changes to the rules that will be applied from 2018 to encourage the participation of the greatest possible number of riders and teams.
Enduro 1 (E1): Up to 250cc 2 stroke and 4 stroke
Enduro 2 (E2): 250+ cc 4 stroke up to 450cc 4 stroke
Enduro 3 (E3): 250+ cc 2 stroke and 450+ cc 4 stroke
EnduroGP: Rankings based on overall standings (E1-E2-E3)
Starting order: 1st to 15th in inverse order of the provisional rankings.

After seven months of thrilling racing, sweat, tears, and plenty of gruelling competition, the 2017 EnduroGP season draws to an end this weekend with the Acerbis Grand Prix of Germany, in Zschopau. With only the FIM Youth 125cc title already decided, Germany will see four new world champions crowned.
First organising a World Championship event back in 2004, the MSC Rund um Zschopau is back. “We’ve been working to bring this excellent event back to the championship for several years,” Confirmed ABC Communications’ Alain BLANCHARD.
