After seven months of thrilling racing, sweat, tears, and plenty of gruelling competition, the 2017 EnduroGP season draws to an end this weekend with the Acerbis Grand Prix of Germany, in Zschopau. With only the FIM Youth 125cc title already decided, Germany will see four new world champions crowned.
First organising a World Championship event back in 2004, the MSC Rund um Zschopau is back. “We’ve been working to bring this excellent event back to the championship for several years,” Confirmed ABC Communications’ Alain BLANCHARD.

“The Italian Job” – Not just a classic film, but the result of an enduro season:
The third and last day of the final round of the Enduro European Championship took place in Gelnica / Slovakia, on Sunday, 15th of October 2017. But the result seems rather mediteran, because in the overall rating of all riders, three Italians were at the top of the podium: The new overall champion is the Junior Matteo Pavoni, who is also champion in the junior class !E1! on the 250th four-stroke KTM.
His already 34 year old countryman Maurizio Micheluz,took second place and Oscar Balletti cam third, both on a 300cc Husqvarna-2-stroke bike.

FIM EUROPE ENDURO CHAMPIONSHIP – 4th round in Slovakia – First champions at the second day
The second day of the three-day final round of the Enduro European Championship took place in Gelnica / Slovakia, on Saturday, 14 October 2017. One day before the ultimate end of the championship, the in four different classes the champions are crowned already. They had reached so many points in advantage that they can no longer be called up.
The first new champion was Joakim Grelsson in the youngest of the junior class, in the U20 class for the 125cc riders. In the morning the Swede was still just nine points ahead, but his fellow countryman and challenger Calle Johansson got technical problems and fell out prematurely. So the KTM rider was able to catch up no longer and won this title as well as the working-pavilion, the promoter Wolfgang Butzner had donated as support for the youngest drivers for the championship title.
FIM EUROPE ENDURO CHAMPIONSHIP – 4rd round in Slovakia – Trouble for the leading riders
The first day of the final round of the Enduro European Championship took place on Friday 13th October 2017 in Gelnica / Slovakia. More than 180 km challenging offroad had to be crossed this day.
In the overall, Junior Matteo Pavoni was able to defend his lead with a seventh position this day. The second of the championship, Oscar Balletti, left his bike with a technical problem and the former third, the Italian Maurizio Micheluz, could catch up hugely: This experienced pilot, who had already been two-time overall champion, was winning the days special tests. Second was the German Marco Neubert in front of Jonathan Rosse from Switzerland.
Lucas Dolfing: wedstrijd verslag enduro Bergeijk
Afgelopen weekend werd de eerste enduro van het seizoen gereden in Bergeijk. Er werden 3 ronden gereden worden met daarin 4 proeven. De eerste ronde kon Lucas goede tijden op de klok zetten en kon ongeveer 20 sec bij de nummer 2 weglopen. De tweede ronde kon Lucas het ritme goed vasthouden, maar de nummer 2 kwam wel steeds dichterbij. De derde ronde heeft Lucas een aantal foutjes gemaakt en is er ook nog even bij gaan liggen, wat toch wel heel erg veel tijd heeft gekost en uiteindelijk ook de dagzege. Lucas heeft deze mooie enduro afgesloten op een 2e plek. Op 21 oktober staat de volgende enduro in Vorden op de kalender! En wij gaan er zeker weer vol voor!
