FIM: Update on 2020 FIM ISDE / FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy

As the global outbreak of coronavirus continues to develop and restrictions put in place, a decision on the maintenance of the date of the 2020 FIM ISDE will be taken by the FIM, the Federazione Motociclistica Italiana and the Organiser of the 2020 FIM International Six Days of Enduro and FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy no later than April 15th 2020.

An announcement will be made shortly after that decision.

In the meantime, the deadline of the pre-registration for the event is frozen and Federations are not requested to pay the 25 % of the Entry Fees.

We ask for your patience and understanding in the matter and our thoughts remain very much with our Italian colleagues.

KNMV nieuws: EK enduro en ISDE 2020 en BK enduro

EK Enduro 2020

Graag verneem ik van je of je dit jaar deelneemt aan het EK enduro. De wedstrijden zijn in Italië, Hongarije, Polen en Tsjechië.

Als bijlage tref je het vooraanmeldformulier voor het EK aan. Vul deze in en stuur ‘m aan mij terug zodat ik een totaaloverzicht kan maken wie naar welke wedstrijden gaat, dank!

Voor deelname aan het EK is een geldige SMA keuring en EK endurolicentie verplicht. Een permanente EK licentie kost € 630,= (dat is dus incl. de KNMV enduro Interslicentie (met internationale verzekering)).

Een One Event EK licence kost per EK € 100,=. Bij 3 of meer EK’s is een permanente EK licentie voordeliger (€ 630 – € 415 = € 215).

ISDE 2020 Italië

Italy Awaits 2020 FIM ISDE

This year’s FIM International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE) might only have come to a close but plans are already in place for next year’s race to take place in Italy.

For what will be the ninety-fifth edition of the FIM’s longest-running motorcycle race, the 2020 FIM ISDE will be held in Rivanazzano Terme in northern Italy from 31 August to 5 September.

A nation rich in Enduro heritage, Italy last held the FIM ISDE in 2013 on the island of Sardinia.
In 2020, it will be the Apennies region of Lombardy and Piedmont that will showcase the beauty of the country to off-road motorcycling enthusiasts from around the World. For race week Rivanazzano Terme’s air strip will turn into the headquarters for this iconic race.

2019 ISDE Portugal: en dan nog dit … over Belgen en kansen!

Onze zuiderburen deden het uitstekend. Hun World Trophy Team met daarin de bij ons goed bekende Mathias van Hoof werd 10e. Op dag 4 raakten zij Jerome Martiny kwijt met een beenblessure. Dat drukte het resultaat iets. Snelste Nederlandse (Trophy) rijder Lucas Dolfing was sneller dan Mathias. Op basis van zijn uitslag zou een NL Trophy Team met nog drie even snelle mannen voor België en zelfs Portugal op plaats 9 zijn geëindigd.

Indrukwekkend was de prestatie van het Belgische Junior Trophy Team dat een sterke 5e plaats wist binnen te halen. Hiervoor tellen elke dag alle drie de rijders. Het team bestond uit WK topper Antoine Magain, de snelle Erik Willems en jeugd rijder Mika Vanderheyden. Mika had het best zwaar

FIM-ISDE: Day Six – United States win 2019 FIM ISDE

FIM World Trophy - USA © Dario AgratiThe United States have claimed FIM World Trophy victory at the ninety-fourth edition of the FIM International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE) in Portimao, Portugal. In what is now their second win in the event, the United States led home RecoveR8 Team Australia in second with Italy – hosts for the 2020 FIM ISDE – securing third.

The FIM Junior World Trophy category marked a win for RecoveR8 Team Australia over the United States with Spain joining them on the podium in third. There was further reason for the United States to celebrate in this year’s FIM ISDE as their women’s team also rode to victory in the FIM Women’s World Trophy category.
