Matthew PHILLIPS ( AUS - Sherco)In complete contrast to the sub-zero conditions at the opening round of the 2017 EnduroGP World Championship series in Finland, the AMV GP of Spain served up extreme dust as the world’s best enduro racers battled not only one another but also the hugely challenging, arid Spanish terrain.

New winners topped the podium in all classes with Matt Phillips (Sherco) earning his first EnduroGP class win of the year. Locked in a two-rider battle with Steve Holcombe (Beta) the Tasmanian did just enough to top the results, placing less than three seconds ahead of his British rival.

EnduroGP: Back to familiar trails…

Kirian MIRABET (E - Sherco)Following the opening round of the 2017 EnduroGP series at the mythical “Lake Päijänne” – an event that will long be remembered in history of the EnduroGP, the world series returns to a more traditional format for this second round of the year…

As in 2004, 2007 and 2013, Moto Club Nogalte and the city of Puerto Lumbreras volunteered to organize the traditional AMV Seguros Grand Prix of Spain. The very experienced Club chaired by Juan Franco GABARRON is set to take on its fourth GP, in and around the small town of the region of Murcia.

Medailles IDSE Spanje uitgereikt

Meer foto’s. medailles_spanje-lelystadOp 14 april werden op de crossbaan in Lelystad de medailles van de Spaanse zesdaagse 2016 uitgereikt. Voormalig enduro wedstrijdleider Wilco Bruijn die in Spanje, al weer voor het tweede jaar op rij, de logistiek perfect organiseerde en voormalig OET voorzitter en Jeugdenduro stimulator Jos Arends overhandigden de 16 door clubrijders verdiende medailles.
Tevens werden de eerste plannen gepresenteerd voor de opzet van de verzorging voor de a.s. zesdaagse in Frankrijk.

FIM Europe Enduro-Championship – New season starts in two weeks

The new season of the 2017th Enduro-European-Championship starts in two weeks, at 29th/30th of April in Portugal. In Gouveia a challenging area is waiting for the riders, right to the border of the national parc “da Serra da Estrela”.

The local motoclub is busy in preparing everything: both specials, the cross-test and the enduro-test are within walking distance to the paddock. Around on the track there are some more spectacular places.

Selectiecriteria ISDE bekend

Bron: KNMV. De ISDE 2017 vindt dit jaar van 28 augustus tot en met 2 september plaats in het Franse Brive La Gaillarde. De KNMV heeft in de pre-entry 1 World Trophy Team en 6 Clubteams aangemeld. De voorlopige inschrijvingen zijn allemaal geaccepteerd door de organisatie.
Op initiatief van het KNMV-bestuur heeft een werkgroep, bestaande uit personen vanuit de KNMV en de endurosport, zich de afgelopen maand beziggehouden met de criteria voor een plaats in het WTT. Het KNMV-beleid met betrekking tot een top-8 prestatie blijft, net als bij landencompetities in andere takken van motorsport, van kracht. Deelname aan het WTT is topsport en van de sporters wordt dan ook verwacht dat ze zich optimaal voorbereiden op eventuele deelname.
De criteria die toegepast worden staan hier beschreven. Het KNMV-bestuur heeft deze week akkoord gegeven voor deze criteria.
