FIM Europe: Enduro-Championship – 2nd day in Gois / Portugal
Double for Kouble in Portugal
Krystof Kouble from the Czech Republic also won the second day at the start
of the European Enduro Championship in Gois, Portugal. Thus, the KTM rider
takes the lead in the overall classification for the first time.
The only 21-year-old motorcyclist naturally also won the junior class E2/3
in which he takes part.
The Swede Albin Elowson not only won the cubic capacity class of the big
four-strokes, but also took second place in the overall standings with his
Husqvarna. The Finn Emil Pohjola, who had been ahead of Elowson the day
before, lost some time after a crash, when he had to ride two special stages
without clutch.

Superenduro: Colton Haaker, World Champion, battered and bruised
Coming into the season finale in the Bizkaia Arena, Bilbao, there were three riders all mathematically capable of becoming Maxxis FIM World SuperEnduro Champion. The show lived up to all expectations, and rewarded fans with thrilling drama from start to finish.
And whilst the Prestige category offered us a superb grand finale, the European Cup and the Junior class also provided plenty of action to really top off this Euskadi GP.

2019 EK enduro, 6 – 7 april, Goís, Portugal

Zes Nederlanders naar EK start in Portugal
Deelnemerslijst. In en rond het Portugese stadje Goís wordt dit jaar op 6 en 7 april het EK seizoen geopend. Niet om de hoek en dat geldt ook voor wedstrijd nr 3 en 4 in resp. Estland en Finland. Dit verklaart dan weer wel waarom Finnen (17) en Zweden (27) het gros van de 101 deelnemers leveren. Dapper genoeg dat ze deze eerste wedstrijd niet overslaan want het is wel even 4100 km vanaf Helsinki. Fijn dat er toch zes Nederlanders de tijd en het geld hebben gevonden. Per dag mogen zij drie ronden van 60 km afleggen met daarin 1 crossproef en 2 enduroproeven.
Op de plattegrond in het Aanvullend reglement staat een extra TC behalve de tankpost.
