FREEMAN Opens the Gap!
The stars of EnduroGP had to cope with overwhelming heat on Day 1 in Greece, despite a huge storm on Friday night before the Super Test. These demanding conditions made their mark on both man and machine, as was proven when Alex SALVINI (I – Honda) suffered a shoulder injury. Despite the difficulties, the LAMS Moto Club did a great job with the course and it gave us a great day of racing with many twists and turns right up until the final test.

Return to Serres!
It’s been four years since the Maxxis FIM World Enduro Championship last ventured to Serres, in the Macedonia region of Greece. We felt it was time to go back to this great town!
The organisation behind this fourth round of the championship already has six Grand Prix worth of experience (2004, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2015), as well as putting on the 2008 ISDE, and the LAMS club were quick to step up to ABC Communication’s request to replace the Grand Prix of Corsica – which was originally planned for the same dates!
Enduro mannen beklimmen de Alpe d’Huez voor goed doel
6 juni jl vond de Alpe dHuZes 2019 plaats. 4500 deelnemers beklommen de berg teneinde geld bij ekaar te krijgen om verder onderzoek naar kanker mogelijk te maken. De opbrengst was dit jaar maar liefst 11.800 000 Euro.
Vanuit de enduro wereld zijn er steeds mannen die deel nemen zoals in het verleden Oscar Pelgrim, Dick Luiten en Wilco Bruijn. Iedere deelnemer verplicht zich dan om op zoek te gaan sponsoren. Dat ging dit jaar weer uitstekend. Bedrijven die steeds steun verlenen zijn oa Multifix, Fitfactory uit Eersel, Plus van de Huijgevoort, KTM Nederland, Griekspoor en WPM. Daarlangs ook een flink aantal mensen die gewoon doneren voor dit goede doel en daar zijn we ze zeer erkentelijk voor.
Dit jaar waren Wout Theuws en Leo van Waasdijk van de partij. Wout beklom de berg 4 keer met de fiets. Leo presteerde het onmogelijke door na een keer fietsen op zijn crosslaarzen naar boven te lopen.
Lucas Dolfing tweede tijdens ONK Enduro Saint Hubert
Er moesten vier ronden afgelegd worden van 70 km in België. Per ronde waren er drie proeven uitgezet. Eén proef bestond voornamelijk uit extreem. De andere twee proeven waren uitgezet in een stuk bos. Na een lange pauze van wedstrijden ging het nu weer van start in België! TM Racing Nederland rijder Lucas Dolfing moest in het begin even wennen en kwam pas later in de wedstrijd in zijn ritme. In de eerste ronde was het erg wennen ook qua omstandigheden. Lucas maakte helaas in de eerste ronde een kleine valpartij wat hem wat tijd kostte. In de tweede ronde kwam Dolfing al beter in zijn ritme en het rijden ging daardoor ook beter! In de laatste ronde ging hij er nog even goed voor zitten, maar helaas maakte hij een foutje wat leidde tot een valpartij. Dit kostte hem uiteindelijk de overwinning in zijn klasse.
