KNMV: ISDE 2022 – Enduro Zesdaagse Frankrijk

Vanaf maandag 29 augustus tot en met zondag 3 september wordt de Internationale Enduro Zesdaagse (ISDE) 2022 georganiseerd in Le Puy en Velay (Frankrijk). Verwacht wordt dat er veel animo vanuit de Nederlandse endurowereld is om aan dit bijzondere WK deel te nemen als clubteamrijder.

In totaal kunnen er 700 rijders deelnemen. Klik hier om alvast het aanvullend reglement van deze wedstrijd in te zien.

Wat is er nodig om aan de ISDE deel te nemen:

  • Geldige KNMV-endurolicentie met internationale verzekeringsdekking (385 euro)
  • Geldige SMA-keuring (ISDE = WK) (+/- 100 euro)
  • FIM One Event-licentie – ISDE Club Team rider (+/- 125 euro)
  • ISDE-inschrijfgeld (1.050 euro)

Daar komen verder nog de eigen reis- en verblijfskosten bij, het onderhoud en extra onderdelen, banden en mousses voor de motor. De intentie is om als Team NL op het paddock van de ISDE aanwezig te zijn

2022 FIM ISDE – 96th edition – to be held at Le Puy en Velay – France

The 96th edition of the FIM International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE) will take place at Puy en Velay – France, the capital of the Haute-Loire department in the heart of the Auvergne region – Rhône–Alpes, from Monday 29 August to Saturday 3 September 2022.

The first edition of the ISDE in France dates back to 1920 in Grenoble, in the same region as the next edition. The event was then called the “ISDT” for “International 6 Days of Trial”, enduro did not yet exist. 60 years later, in 1980 and for the second time in its history, France hosted the ISDE in the Haute Loire in Brioude, the area where the first enduro competition in the country had been organised 8 years earlier. More recently, the last French edition of the FIM ISDE was organised in 2017 in Brive.

The FIM by entrusting the organisation of the event to the FFM and the Organising Committee is allowing a return to the roots of the event in France. More recently, this same region hosted the final round of the 2021 Borilli FIM Enduro GP World Championship in Langeac (just forty kilometres from Puy en Velay) and 2019 in Ambert (seventy kilometres from Puy en Velay), these two Grand Prixs enjoyed a lively success in particular from the point of view of the crowd, and the enthusiasm they brought to the event.

ISDE Day 6 – Italy and USA crowned 2021 ISDE champions

Bringing the ninety fifth running of the International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE) to a thrilling climax, the sixth and final day of action saw Italy do what they have looked like doing ever since the start of the event as they finally lifted the World Trophy team trophy, much to the delight of their home fans. Making it a memorable double for Italy, the host nation also topped the Junior World Trophy category, while the USA put the finishing touches to their incredible week-long performance to win in the Women’s World Trophy category.

Providing a fitting end to a memorable event, day six of the 2021 ISDE saw the three teams that have dominated this year’s event finally claim their respective class winning results. Not needing to take any unneeded risks

De lijsten met de medaille kleuren heb ik nog steeds niet gevonden.

Ook voor Nederland geslaagde zesdaagse
Van 30 augustus t/m 4 september werd in Rivanazzano de 95e zesdaagse verreden. Een compliment voor de Italianen voor deze goed georganiseerde zesdaagse. Uiteraard wat gedoe over de polsbandjes en de toegangsstickers maar dat is normaal. Negen indrukwekkende en redelijk verschillende proeven; genoeg route naast het asfalt en geen krankzinnige afstanden voor fans, volgers en serviceteams. Verder een zeer ruime paddock en een behoorlijk goede camping erbij.
Dat de Italianen heersten was wel te verwachten. Zij wisten als eerste wat er komen ging en trainden ongetwijfeld al lang op vergelijkbare proeven.
Dat de Nederlanders in het voorafgaande coronajaar te weinig in het buitenland reden was vooral de eerste dagen duidelijk. Dat bij de Trophy en Junior dan alleen de twee meest ervaren rijders, Thierry Pittens en Daan Bruijsten, goud haalden bevestigd dat nog eens. Overigens zijn de twee “nieuwe” Trophy team leden, Tommie Jochems en Max Schwarte, keurig overeind gebleven. Zo bekeken is de 7e plaats van het Junior Trophy Team met Mike Bokslag, Marc Zomer en Jarno Zandbergen een puike prestatie!!!
Tot slot veel lof voor de begeleiding en de vrijwilligers. Na een wat aarzelende start in het begin van het jaar liep het ter plaatse erg goed.

Elf teams ingeschreven voor zesdaagse Italië 2021
De KNMV meldt dat er elf teams zijn ingeschreven voor de zesdaagse in Italië, die op 30 augustus begint. Het betreft een Trophy Team, een Junior Trophy team en negen clubteams. De definitieve beslissing over het TT en het JTT wordt later dit jaar genomen. Tevens heeft de organisatie de inschrijftermijn verlengd van 30 maart tot 15 mei.

Nederland met World TT en Junior TT naar ISDE 2021
Bron: KNMV. De KNMV heeft besloten om zowel een World Trophy Team (WTT) als een Junior Trophy Team (JTT) af te vaardigen naar de Internationale Zesdaagse Enduro (ISDE) 2021. Deze vindt plaats van 30 augustus t/m 4 september in Rivanazzano Terme in Italië.
Voor het afvaardigen van landenteams naar een wereldkampioenschap hanteert de KNMV normaal gesproken strikte topsportregels (top tienklassering haalbaar). De enduro kent hiervoor sinds 2018 speciale selectiecriteria. Maar door de coronacrisis zijn deze criteria niet bruikbaar, omdat er geen internationale wedstrijden en competities zijn gehouden. De ontwikkeling van Nederlandse endurorijders en –talenten ondervindt echter al veel te veel hinder van de pandemie, vandaar het besluit om dit jaar zowel een WTT als JTT te laten starten tijdens de ISDE.

Italy ready to host 95th ISDE

Promising a taste of Italian style enduro, the stage is set for the ninety-fifth running of the FIM International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE). Taking place in the Apennine Mountains between Lombardy and Piedmont, the event will run from Monday 30 August through to Saturday 4 September when it will finish with the traditional final day motocross races.

2019 ISDE Team Italy © Dario AgratiBringing the event back to Italy for the first time since 2013, when it was held on the island of Sardinia, for 2021 the FIM’s longest running motorcycle race will welcome over six hundred and fifty competitors from thirty nations to Rivanazzano Terme, for what is expected to be six days of picturesque, but challenging competition.

Postponed in 2020 due to the global COVID pandemic, this year the FIM ISDE has attracted riders from all over the World, both World-class competitors and enthusiastic amateurs, all wanting to enjoy the most-prestigious event on the enduro calendar.
